Our bond clean covers everything in the deep clean, plus wall mark removal, blinds and window tracks, balcony or courtyard, and garage. We clean to real estate inspection standards. If the agent raises an issue, we return for a re-clean at no charge — must be reported within 72 hours with a written agent report. Conditions apply.*
